Owner/ Founder
Dustin Wright founded and manages Portfolio Commercial.
He has served on the executive leadership team of two corporations, travelled the country developing and training sales and customer service personnel and has developed and implemented systems to enhance efficiency for organizations. He also serves his local community through various charities and volunteers at his church teaching finance.
Becky Leebens
Chief Operating Officer, CCIM
Becky Leebens is an integral part of Portfolio Commercial, bringing over 25 years of distinguished experience in real estate. A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Becky's expertise extends to creating strategic, profitable solutions in both residential and commercial real estate sectors. She is known for her exemplary leadership and effective communication skills, as well as her ability to forge solid client relationships and build high-performing teams. Barry Nations
Barry Nations was born in Dallas, Texas and is a true Texas native. He grew up with a background of real estate because his parents owned a real estate company. His parents worked with commercial and residential properties and flipping houses.
Barry eventually started his own business being involved in the real estate industry for 31 years. He brings years of experience and a unique insight to serve Portfolio clients.
Barry is also a certified financial counselor and volunteers at his church, teaching Financial Peace University.

Director of Operations
Monica is a licensed Realtor with more than a decade of experience in public relations, operations, and event management. Monica is an integral part of the Portfolio Commercial team, which aims to deliver a seamless process from beginning to end.
